One Step IgM antibodies to Enterovirus 71 Test is a rapid direct binding test for the qualitative detection of IgM antibodies to Enterovirus 71 in human serum/plasma/whole blood as an aid in the clinical assessment of Enterovirus 71 infection. The Test is based on the principle of colloidal gold enhanced, rapid immunocharomatographic assay, it is very sensitive and only takes about 20 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.
